Top 5 things to know before going into your hair bridal trial.

This is one of the fun parts about planning your wedding; having a beautiful hairstyle created just for you. I have had a lot of brides tell me that they were nervous about their trial. Hopefully these tips will help ease your anxiety, and help you enjoy this fun experience.

1. Come with pictures and inspiration

Come prepared with inpiration photos of how you imagine your hair looking on your big day. When looking through the thousands of photos, keep in mind your hair density and face shape (don't worry, I am there to help you pick the best look for you).

2. Don't come with freshly washed hair

Come to your appointment with day old hair that has not been flat ironed. As any tip there are always exceptions, you know your hair best!

3. Bring a camera (phones work too) to document your look

This one is pretty self-explanitory, but I always reccomend having photos taken of your look before you leave. Sometimes it can be hard to imagine the hair you want when wearing little makeup and reagular clothes. So having the photos of your hair for your fittings help.

4. Be open to suggestions

Having photos and being prepared is great, but also allow yourself to hear any suggestions regarding your hair. Sometimes the hairstyle that you pick may not compliment you in the best possible way. I want to make sure that on the day of your wedding you are beyond happy with the way you look.

This goes both ways, I need to know how you are feeling throughout the trial as well. Speak up if you want something altered; that is the beauty about hair, it can be changed.

5.Have plans for after the trial

Go out on a date or out with friends. This is a good way to see how your hair will hold up on the day of your wedding (also anything we may need to correct). Plus, you just got your hair done, don't you want to show it off a bit?
